We know how important your stay will be to you especially given all that is happening around us.  We want you to be able to book a stay here at The Captain's Quarters, Woolsery fully confident that your expenditure will not be wasted if Covid 19 changes your circumstances. 
 
We are happy to offer assurances that if government restrictions mean your stay can not go ahead, we are fully flexible and can move your dates (subject to availability) or refund any monies paid in the unlikely event that we can not accommodate you at another date. As a small business, we would much prefer you amend your dates but understand that sometimes this might not be possible.
 
We also want you to stay safe in the knowledge that your accommodation has been cleaned thoroughly prior to your stay.  We air the accommodation between bookings and as well as our standard high level clean, routinely wipe all surfaces and high touch points, such as light switches with disinfectant spray.  Our soft furnishings such as cushion covers and throws are washed between each booking too so you can sit down, snuggle up and get comfortable!
